Washington D.C. (September 8, 2021) -- J. A. Green & Company, a Bloomberg Top 50 government affairs and defense lobbying firm on Capitol Hill, announced today that, effective September 1, retired Army Lieutenant General Paul Ostrowski joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Defense Programs.
Ostrowski, who retired from the Army in April of 2020 after serving for over 35 years, culminated his career in uniform at the Pentagon as the Principal Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, the seniormost uniformed Army Acquisition Community position. He helped oversee an annual $40B procurement and program budget for 720 Army programs along with the 45,000-person Army Acquisition workforce. Following the Army, in response to a global and national crisis and as a by-name request, Ostrowski became the seniormost civilian for the Department of Health and Human Service’s Operation Warp Speed. He reported directly to Army 4-star General Gus Perna, who led the historic effort that developed, tested, manufactured and delivered over 300 million doses of life-saving vaccines and therapeutics to the American public within a 14-month period. “The depth and breadth of Paul’s expertise and knowledge will be of incalculable value to our clients, and we welcome his leadership,” said firm president Jeff Green, a former Counsel to the House Armed Services Committee, who founded the group in 2007. ### Contact: Jason Holley, Director of Communications, J.A Green & Co. 202-546-0388 / [email protected] www.jagreenandco.com https://www.jagreenandco.com/paul-ostrowski.html Comments are closed.
