Max Petrie

Policy Analyst

Max serves as a Policy Analyst for J. A. Green & Company. In this role, he provides research and analysis on proposed legislation and federal policy and evaluates the impact of current events on the defense industrial base, foreign military sales, the federal budget, and client interests. 

Prior to joining J. A. Green & Co., Max was a legal fellow with the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and he interned with McGuireWoods Consulting.

Max graduated from Bates College in 2018 with a B.A. in Politics and English. He then received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2023 and is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia. He is originally from Madison, Connecticut.
