Mindy Overbaugh

Chief of Staff

Mindy Overbaugh is the Chief of Staff at J.A. Green & Company. In this role, she manages all office operations, provides direct support to the firm’s President, and assists the policy team with client communications.
 
Previously, Mindy held senior leadership roles at the Department of Commerce in the Office of the Secretary after working in Communications and IT at the Department of Energy. After serving in the U.S. Navy for over 7 years, she studied at Cleveland State University and graduated with her degree in Business Administration in Information Systems.
 
Mindy, raised in Cleveland, Ohio, currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Jonathan, their son Teddy, and their two dogs, Ollie and Otis.
