Justin N. Brower is the Vice President of Government Relations for J.A. Green Company. In this role, he represents clients before congressional stakeholders, executive branch agencies, and independent regulatory bodies. He specializes in the Defense Authorization and Appropriations process and works to help companies achieve their goals in those relevant pieces of legislation. Justin collaborates with J.A. Green’s expert policy team to identify the best outreach and policy strategies to help clients establish the relationships on Capitol Hill they need for continued success.
Prior to joining J.A. Green & Company, Justin served Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger (MD-02) in a variety of roles for eleven years. During the last four and a half years with Congressman Ruppersberger, Justin served as Military Legislative Assistant and Associate Staff to the House Appropriations Committee’s Subcommittee on Defense (HAC-D). During this time, he successfully assisted Maryland based companies secure over $250 million in federal appropriations. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Justin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College and a M.A. in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University. He currently resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area with his wife. |
