Miles Esters

Senior Policy Analyst

Miles serves as Senior Policy Analyst for J. A. Green & Company. In this role, he provides research and analysis on proposed legislation and federal policy and evaluates the impact of current events on the defense industrial base, foreign military sales, and the federal budget. Miles is responsible for preparing advocacy materials for Congress, military, and industry audiences.

Before joining J.A. Green & Co., Miles interned on Capitol Hill with the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology where he focused on ICT supply chain risk management and critical infrastructure cybersecurity. He was also a constituent liaison intern for Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) and a research intern for the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress.

​Miles graduated from George Washington University in 2021 with a B.A. in International Affairs and is currently obtaining his Master's Degree in Intelligence Analysis from Johns Hopkins University. He is a native of Chicago, Illinois.
