Richard serves as a Research Associate for J. A. Green & Company. In this role, he conducts research to support advocacy strategies, identifies and tracks legislation and regulations that impact client priorities, and evaluates the impact of current events on the defense industrial base, foreign military sales, and the federal budget. Richard is responsible for preparing advocacy materials for Congress, military, and industry audiences.
Prior to joining J. A. Green & Co., Richard was a research intern at the Hudson Institute’s Center for Defense Concepts and Technology and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ Center on Military and Political Power. Richard graduated from Cornell University in 2024 with a B.A. in Government and a minor in China-Asia Pacific Studies. At Cornell, Richard served as a research assistant for Professor Sarah E. Kreps and was an undergraduate research fellow at the Cornell Tech Policy Institute. He is originally from Detroit, Michigan. |
