Richard is a Research Associate for J. A. Green & Company, where he conducts research to support advocacy strategies, identifies and tracks legislation and regulations that impact client priorities, and evaluates the impact of current events on the defense industrial base, foreign military sales, and the federal budget. He is responsible for preparing advocacy materials for Congress, military, and industry audiences.
Before joining J. A. Green & Co., Richard was a research intern at the Hudson Institute’s Center for Defense Concepts and Technology and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ Center on Military and Political Power. He was also a Fulbright Finalist. Richard graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Government and a minor in China-Asia Pacific Studies. At Cornell, he served as a research assistant for Professor Sarah E. Kreps and was an undergraduate research fellow at the Cornell Tech Policy Institute. Richard is originally from Detroit, Michigan. |
