Washington D.C. -- J. A. Green & Company (“J. A. Green & Co.” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the addition of John G. (Jerry) McGinn, Ph.D., to its Board of Advisors.
Dr. McGinn holds deep expertise in the Department of Defense (“DoD”) where he previously served as a senior career official in the Office of Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy and oversaw Defense Production Act activities under Titles I, III, and VII. He has also overseen and directed hundreds of high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions before the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States. Prior to his work at DoD, Dr. McGinn has provided key insight for some of the largest firms in the nation, including Deloitte, Northrop Grumman, and RAND. Currently, Dr. McGinn serves as the executive director of the Center for Government Contracting in the School of Business at George Mason University, where he has established a first-of-its-kind research center on issues facing the government contracting industry. The Advisory Board is a collection of professionals with significant technical or government expertise who provide strategic advice and background information to J. A. Green & Co. and its clients. The Advisory Board serves to ensure J. A.
