Samuel Viskocil

Senior Policy Analyst

Samuel serves as a Senior Policy Analyst for J.A. Green & Company. In this capacity, he provides research and analysis on legislation, federal policy, as well as the impact of current events on the defense industrial base. Samuel is responsible for preparing advocacy materials for Congress, the military, federal agencies, as well as industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Samuel worked as a contractor for the Department of Energy, providing budgetary and financial support to the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Technologies Office. He was also a project manager for an engineering firm for several years where he supported work on critical infrastructure projects.

​Samuel graduated from the University of Northwestern – Saint Paul in 2018 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2024, he completed a M.A. in Government with a concentration in Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He is a native of Minnesota.
