Samantha Lostia

Director of Operations

Samantha Lostia is the Director of Operations at J.A. Green & Company. In this role, she oversees the firm's client-facing operations, including client onboarding, invoicing, and financial management, ensuring smooth coordination between the firm and its clients.

Previously, Samantha was the Director of Strategic Operations at Monument Advocacy, where she supported strategic planning, managed and mentored operations staff, and led complex organizational initiatives including post-acquisition integration and change-management efforts. Before moving to DC, Samantha worked as a Corporate Startup Paralegal at multiple law firms, supporting clients on day-to-day and transactional matters.

Samantha grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from UC Davis in and a master's degree in public leadership from the University of San Francisco.
