Lucca serves as a Research Associate for J. A. Green & Company. In this role, she conducts research to support legislative and executive branch advocacy strategies, identifies and tracks legislation and regulations that impact client priorities, and evaluates the impact of current events on the defense industrial base and federal budget. Lucca is responsible for preparing advocacy materials for Congressional and industry audiences.
Prior to joining J. A. Green & Company, Lucca gained experience in policy and advocacy through internships at Graham Windham in New York City and the Public Education and Business Coalition in Denver, where she conducted research and drafted policy materials on issues ranging from child welfare to school safety reform. Lucca graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Public and International Affairs and a minor in Environmental Studies. At Princeton, her senior thesis on communal land rights in rural Colorado was awarded the Environmental Studies Book Prize in Social Sciences. She went on to earn her Master's of Management Studies from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. A dedicated athlete, Lucca was captain of Princeton's Division I cross country and track & field teams that won three consecutive Ivy League titles and competed as a Division I ACC athlete at Duke. |
