Ainsley Rowlison

Research Associate & Staff Assistant to Government Programs

Ainsley serves as a Research Associate & Staff Assistant to Government Programs for J. A. Green & Company. In this role, she provides research and analysis on proposed legislation and federal policy and evaluates the impact of current events on the defense industrial base, foreign military sales, the federal budget, and client interests. Additionally, Ainsley assists the Executive Vice President staff on administrative efforts.

Before joining J. A. Green & Co., Ainsley interned with K&L Gates, LLP,  in the Lloyd Meeds Public Policy Fellowship. Where she focused on projects including client memorandums,  monitoring hearings and legislation , drafting newsletters, and pro-bono work.

Ainsley graduated from Longwood University in 2023 with a B.A. in Communication Studies, Public Relations, and Political Science. At Longwood, Ainsley was an athlete on the women's lacrosse team and served on the executive board of Student Government Association and Student Athlete Advocacy Committee.
