Policy Analyst

Aaron Onoff is a Policy Analyst at J.A. Green & Company serving as a bridge between the firm's executive branch and congressional advocacy initiatives. Specializing in industrial base expansion, logistics, and emerging technologies, Aaron provides analysis and tracking of legislative and market developments impacting client interests, while also identifying new avenues of opportunity for J.A. Green & Co.’s business development initiatives. 
 
Prior to joining J.A. Green & Co., Aaron gained experience across public affairs, geopolitical risk assessment, and international policy research in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. At Arko International, Aaron served as a Policy Analyst monitoring political, regulatory and supply chain developments across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Aaron also worked as a Summer Research Associate at RetiEspaña, a Madrid-based public affairs consultancy where he supported stakeholder engagement, market research and analysis for European technology and health policy.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Aaron graduated from the University of Delaware in 2022 with a B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy and a minor in both Spanish and history. While attending the University of Delaware, Aaron served as a Government & Public Affairs Associate with Ruggerio Willson & Watson, LLC., a Delaware-based grassroots lobbying and public affairs firm.​
