Aaron Onoff

Research Associate

Aaron serves as a Research Associate for J.A. Green & Co., helping to conduct research and track legislation to support the firm’s advocacy strategies and assess developments impacting client interests. In this role, Aaron is responsible for preparing materials for legislators, the military, and clients while also discovering new avenues of opportunity for J.A. Green & Co.’s business development initiatives.  

Prior to joining J.A. Green & Co., Aaron obtained experience conducting public affairs, political risk assessment, and research in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. At Arko International, Aaron served as a policy analyst assessing risks to political and commercial activities in Latin America and the Caribbean and China’s influence in the region. Aaron also served as a summer research associate at RetiEspaña, a public affairs agency based in Madrid, Spain where he assisted with technology and health policy in the European Union.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Aaron graduated from the University of Delaware in 2022 with a B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy and a minor in both Spanish and history. While attending the University of Delaware, Aaron served as a government & public affairs associate with Ruggerio Willson & Watson, LLC., a Delaware-based lobbying firm.  ​
